1995 Classic Zappy Scooter (1st ones built, foldup carry out for sale in Winston, Oregon

Among the very first Zappy scooters ever developed. It works on a single 18 AH 12v battery. A battery charger is consisted of, however battery is not.
As a stand up scooter, it will folds up and can be brought into trunk of a car etc
. An "include on" optional seat frame is included, but bike seat and post is not.
An extra drive belt is included.
